UPDATE Golfing for those in Need this Holiday Season

In 2013 the annual golf event was able to support 150 families in need with a Thanksgiving meal and other groceries during the holiday season.  This year we set an ambitious goal to help 200 families.  We saw a huge increase in attendance with 83 golfers participating in this year’s event, the largest group to date.  Numerous companies helped sponsor the event through donations, raffle prizes, hole sponsorships, teams of golfers and silent auction items.  Through the proceeds raised at this year’s event the Lake Geneva Jaycees, through the generous help of our sponsors will be able to help over 180 local families.  We greatly appreciate everyone’s help who came out and supported this important event, especially our sponsors.  We hope to continue to build on this event in future years.  Please look for more information regarding 2015’s Golfing for Those in Need in September next year.  Thank you again!
