Jaycees Fishing Derby Donor and Sponsorship Info

Dear Neighbor:

Winter calls! Help the Lake Geneva Jaycees earn money to fund programs in our community by sponsoring the Jaycees 1st Annual Ice Fishing Derby on Geneva Lake. The event takes place on February 9, 2008 with registration beginning at 7:00am on Geneva Bay. Prizes will be awarded later that day at 2:00pm. (See enclosed flyer for more information on the event.)

How can you get involved? We're looking for businesses to donate cash and prizes for this exciting new event. Families and kids will be spending the day on the ice and your donation will help warm them up and support Jaycee's activities in our community. Please consider one of the following sponsorship packages:

* Walleye Level Sponsorship: $500.

o Eight free tickets to the Ice Fishing Derby

o Your Business Name & Logo on signage in the Registration Tent

o On-Line Recognition on various community and media sites as an event sponsor.

o Print recognition in newspaper advertisements & press releases.

o Your business name and logo featured prominently on all tickets sold for the event.

* Lake Trout Level Sponsorship: $300.

o Six free tickets to the Ice Fishing Derby

o Your Business Name & Logo on signage in the Registration Tent

o On-Line Recognition on various community and media sites as an event sponsor.

o Print recognition in newspaper advertisements & press releases.

* Northern Pike Level Sponsorship: $150.

o Six free tickets to the Ice Fishing Derby

o Your Business Name on signage in the Registration Tent

o On-Line Recognition on various community and media sites as an event sponsor.

* Bass Level Sponsorship: $100.

o Four free tickets to the Ice Fishing Derby

o Your Business Name on signage in the Registration Tent.

* Pan Fish Level Sponsorship: $50.

o Two free tickets to the Ice Fishing Derby.
